Our Health & Wellbeing Checks are championed by two members of staff and we are proud to introduce Sarah, who will be carrying out checks with our staff & customers!
Sarah has received training on how to carry out our Health & Wellbeing Checks and will be visiting customers to carry them out. She is passionate about the new service and keen to see the difference it will make.
Sarah chose to work in care after her great nanna has Alzheimer's and various other family members had care needs. Initially she started out in care simply because it jumped out of the page but after two weeks she discovered that she loved it!
Sarah will be working alongside her colleague Aidan, who will also be carrying out the checks and is looking forward to getting started. The first checks we will be carrying out are with our fantastic staff team!
I think that the Health and Wellbeing Checks are a great idea. They take the take stress off the healthcare service, reassure families and help keep people at home safely. I'm very much looking forward to getting started. particularly as we are the only care provider in the area offering this service!
