Why I Love My Care Assistant Jodie!

We have an incredible team of Care Assistants here at Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings and are proud of the high quality care they provide our customers. We regularly receive positive feedback and compliments from our customers about the care they receive, so thought we would visit Janet, who often compliments her Care Assistant Jodie to find out why she loves her Care Assistant!

Care Supervisor Charlene popped down the road to hear Janet's story and we are pleased to share it with you here. Janet explains:
I have had care support from the Bluebird Care team for just over three months and cannot fault it. It was after I got rushed into hospital with suspected sepsis and then got Rheumatoid Arthritis that I needed to make arrangements for a little extra help.
This was quite a difficult decision to make as I have lived in Rye for 45 years and my current house for five. I used to work in London as a secretary for the BBC. have taught piano and love knitting so the rheumatoid arthritis really did have an impact.
During her visits, Jodie keeps an eye on me whilst I have a shower and she is wonderful. She is with me for around an hour and will always sit to talk; she really does make a big difference.
Jodie is very hard working but also fun and bubbly. She loves telling me about her family and I look forward to seeing her each week.
I must say that if it was not for the support Jodie provides, I would never be able to have a shower. Therefore the support makes a tremendous difference!
