We are delighted to announce that we have recently launched a new cashback scheme to benefit our incredible team of Care Assistants. The new scheme is very easy to use as all our team needs to do is send their receipt and a form to the provider and they refund straight back into their bank account as well enjoying as a range of discounts.

As well as golf, Specsavers, spa, gym and health screen discounts our team benefit from an employee assistance programme as well as a broad range of cash benefits.
This scheme is something that we are very excited about because whilst we provide support to our customers, it is also important that our team look after themselves.
Cashback that is available covers things from dental and optical to NHS car parking and even £50 on the birth of a new baby!
