We strive to deliver an extremely high standard of care to our customers and seek to use technology to innovate wherever possible as we do this. We are delighted to announce that we use openPASS which is a leading system that enables relatives and friends to view care notes through a secure app on their phone or by logging in online.

We strive to deliver an extremely high standard of care to our customers and seek to use technology to innovate wherever possible as we do this.

We are delighted to announce that we use openPASS which is a leading system that enables relatives and friends to view care notes through a secure app on their phone or by logging in online.

Rather than needing to check paper care plans in their loved ones homes, openPASS gives relatives and friends more peace of mind through its simple way of displaying updates from each visit.

In addition to relatives and loved ones being able to view care notes, they can be accessed directly by the office team which aids the monitoring of care our customers receive as notes can be viewed in real time as opposed to monthly when collected from the customer's house.

The notes also display what tasks were completed including things such as whether medication was taken. This enables us to be even more responsive.

In addition, openPASS can also be accessed by approved GPs and Healthcare professionals, giving an overall picture of each person's wellbeing.

openPASS is a fantastic system and has been very well received by staff, customers and relatives alike. It has also saved us a lot of time that can be spent with customers and training our staff. It has also helped us move towards a paperless office!
