Thanking Our Incredible Team

We have been truly struck by the incredible passion that has shone through our care team over the past few days and would like to say thank you to our team who have done an incredible job making sure our customers continue to receive care support despite the weather.

We provide care support to our customers every day of the year and in all weather conditions. The past week has seen some treacherous driving conditions and we are expecting more to come.

Regardless of this, we have continued to support our customers and are incredibly proud of our care team who have come together with a passionate spirit to ensure that our customers continue to receive care support.

Some donned their hard walking shoes and waded through the snow to reach customers where the roads were impassable, whilst others covered for their colleagues who had got stuck.

We have been inspired by the dedication that our team have shown and their passion is truly inspiring. This passion for people is something that sits right at the heart of what we do and is what has driven everyone through!

In addition to the care visits, our office team made sure that they prioritized a call to our most vulnerable customers so as to make sure that they have everything they need, whilst our team of Care Assistants made sure that our customers remained warm and had received a hot drink.
