Changing careers or moving to another care company can be daunting. Our staff are often asked what working in care is like, especially with Bluebird Care. 

We will be asking our lovely carers 3 common questions and we will be sharing the answers with you all. First up we have Emily.

Q. What made you want to pursue a career in care?

A. I came into care because of the flexibility of the shifts and I wanted to help people. Now being in care it’s not about the flexibility it’s about looking after my customers and making sure they can remain as independent as possible. 

Q. What made you choose Bluebird Care specifically?

A. I was comparing two care companies at the time and was drawn into Bluebird Care after learning how much they genuinely care for their customers. 

Q. What do you enjoy most about your job?

A. My favourite part of my job is having happy customers and being one of the reasons behind it.
