Double Success for Bluebird Care as Sarah and Nicola Reach Regional Finals
We are delighted to share some fantastic news from Bluebird Care, as two of our very own team members have been named regional finalists at this year's Bluebird Care Awards.
Sarah Cummings has been shortlisted for the Coordinator of the Year Award, while Nicola Field has been recognised as a finalist for the Communications and Marketing Champion Award.
Being named a regional finalist is a remarkable achievement and reflects the passion, dedication, and hard work that both Sarah and Nicola bring to their roles every single day.
Celebrating Outstanding Care and Support
At Bluebird Care, we know that exceptional care goes far beyond the support we provide in people's homes. It is about creating meaningful relationships, building trust, and ensuring our customers and their families feel valued and supported every step of the way.
As a Coordinator based in Eastbourne, Sarah plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standard of care. Her compassion, organisation, and commitment to both customers and care professionals have made a lasting impact on countless lives. Being shortlisted for Coordinator of the Year is a wonderful recognition of the difference she makes every day.
Meanwhile, Nicola, who supports both our Eastbourne and Rother & Hastings offices, has been shortlisted for the Communications and Marketing Champion Award. Through engaging campaigns, community initiatives, and clear communication, Nicola has helped raise awareness of the services Bluebird Care provides while showcasing the incredible work of our care teams across the region.
Recognition for Going Above and Beyond
The Bluebird Care Awards celebrate individuals and teams who consistently go above and beyond in delivering outstanding care and support. To have two regional finalists from our local teams is something we are incredibly proud of.
Their nominations are not only a reflection of their individual achievements but also of the amazing teamwork, dedication, and values that run throughout Bluebird Care.
Looking Ahead to the Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday 7th July at the prestigious Royal Horseguards Hotel in London, bringing together Bluebird Care teams from across the country to celebrate excellence in care.
Whatever the outcome, Sarah and Nicola have already achieved something truly special. Their commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives is an inspiration to colleagues, customers, and the wider community alike.
