We are a passionate team who are proud to deliver a high standard of care to our customers.

Jess
Registered Care Manager

Jess chose to work in healthcare after we provided support to her father and she saw the difference that is made to those involved.

She is incredibly passionate and particularly loves meeting with our new customers and their families to guide them through the setting up of their care service.

Jess joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant where she gained valuable experience prior to her appointment as Community Care Supervisor and then Care Manager.

In her spare time Jess loves going on holidays with her friends and relaxing with her daughter.

Cat
Care Supervisor (Rye & Surrounding Areas)

Cat has worked in roles relating to care and people throughout her career and as well as working professionally, she has previously provided support to family members.

After gaining experience working in care homes, Cat chose to change to working in community care and first joined the team as a Community Care Assistant.

Cat chose to progress into the role of Office Admin and then Field Care Supervisor so as to further her career in care and loves that she is able to continue making a difference to our customers' lives!

As well as gaining valuable experience, Cat is aiming to complete further studies in order to support her as she progresses.

Tracy
Trainer

Tracy has worked in healthcare since 2004 and gained experience in the roles of Care Assistant, Supervisor and Care Manager prior to taking a step of delivering training.

She is a qualified trainer; having completed her train the trainer course and believes that the best way to deliver training is face to face. This gives those attending the ability to ask questions and absorb what they have learnt.

In addition, Tracy's hands on experience means that she can pass on real life tips and experiences which bring the sessions to life!

Tracy explained that she ultimately loves delivering training as it does not really feel like work; it is more like having great fun every day!

Nathan
Marketing & PR Manager

With his sister, mum, nan and cousin having experience in various healthcare roles, it seems natural that Nathan chose this sector to work in too!

Nathan started his career in sales & marketing for a group of care homes in London and has over 10 years experience. 

Nathan is passionate about working in an environment where the career you have makes a genuine difference to people's lives.

In his spare time, Nathan enjoys relaxing with a good bit of DIY.

Charlotte
Care Coordinator

As Care Coordinator, Charlotte works closely with our customers and incredible team of Care Assistants to look after the booking of their care visits.
