Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings, in partnership with ECR Foundation, has celebrated the success of its very first Bluebird Care Nest Afternoon Tea, bringing members of the local community together for an afternoon of friendship, conversation, homemade treats and connection.

The free community event welcomed local people to come together in a warm and relaxed setting, enjoy afternoon tea, meet new people and spend time with others from across the Rother and Hastings community.

There was plenty to enjoy, with all of the cakes and scones lovingly baked by the Bluebird Care and ECR Foundation teams. From freshly baked scones to homemade cakes, the afternoon offered plenty of delicious treats alongside good conversation and companionship.

But it was the atmosphere that made the event particularly special.

Those who attended shared wonderful feedback about the afternoon, with visitors commenting on the buzz, energy and sense of community in the room. Some even said they had never experienced a local community event in Rother & Hastings quite like it.
