Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham awarded regional franchisee of the year 2016

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham has been named the regional Franchisee of the Year 2016 at Bluebird Care Annual Conference, held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on Saturday 8th October.

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham has been named the regional Franchisee of the Year 2016 at Bluebird Care Annual Conference, held at The Grand Hotel in Brighton on Saturday 8th October.

From nearly 40 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the franchise was nominated along with two others, and the owners David Mitchell & Maria Leonard were delighted to hear that they’d won the regional title. They accepted the prestigious award on behalf of the Richmond & Twickenham team at October’s Annual Conference.

The award was presented as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff. 
 
In qualifying for the award, Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham was submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 4 key areas; business development, quality audits, finance and marketing. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, website management to adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board. In winning Regional Franchisee of the Year 2016 for the South East region, Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham showed a capability that exceeded all others.
