Meet Jacqui McPherson: Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham's Newly Appointed Registered Manager.

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham are delighted to welcome Jacqui McPherson as the company's new Registered Manager.
With over 23 years in the care sector, Jacqui brings a wealth of experience to the team. Starting her career as a carer, Jacqui continued to excel in operations, safeguarding, and managerial duties.
Jacqui has joined the company at an exciting time for the business, with many new developments in the pipeline.
"The directors really let me see the vision for the company, and I'm excited to be a part of it."
Jacqui already has her own ideas in the pipeline, starting with staff team building days, a more specialised dementia programme, and more community work. These projects will ultimately help build a better care experience for the customers and a better work experience for staff.
