Multiple layers of oversight ensure each carer is supported in the field, regularly observed, checked and trained to uphold the Bluebird standard. Industry-leading technology provides family members and nominated health care professionals full transparency over every visit, including financial transactions undertaken on behalf of each customer.
Should your care requirements evolve, our service can rapidly evolve to match them. If you are uncertain about an adjustment to your care plan, or would like to experience a service like long shifts or live-in care, a change can be put in place on a trial basis so you can experience the difference before making a final decision.
