I particularly want to commend the care that my father-in-law has received. I want to put it on record that S’s work with my father-in-law was exemplary and selfless. She showed such a warm and caring attitude that she was able to make him feel better about being at home without his wife of over 60 years. She is a credit to your service.

Sadly Mrs F passed away earlier this week, I feel it is important to hand on, in writing the compliments that she and her family made about the carers. She trusted and liked all that walked through the door from Bluebird, and that they brought sunshine into the house and kept her feeling positive. Her daughter said that she was very impressed with the quality of your service and the care and attention to detail that the staff have shown.
