Who we support

Bluebird Care Richmond & Twickenham provides a complete range of home care and live-in care services, from domestic support, shopping, community access and medication administration to complex care, specialist care and palliative care.

We support adults from 18 to 108 with a host of care requirements - from dementia, physical frailty and neurological conditions to supporting our customers to access their workplaces. 

The past sixteen years has seen our service expand to cover every requirement, every eventuality. Rest assured that if you require support, our office colleagues will deftly match you with a highly trained Care Assistant to support your precise needs.

Your requirements can evolve on a daily basis. The responsiveness of your Customer Care Manager, our Field Care Supervisors and the wider team means amendments can be made swiftly to ensure your comfort, happiness and safety.

We support:

  • In-hospital support - our care needn't begin and end at your doorstep

  • Shopping, support with the collection of pensions, benefits and medication
  • Preparing delicious, scratch-cooked meals and support with eating (nutrition and hydration)

  • Assisting with washing, ironing, laundry and linens
