With a focus on enabling independence and preserving dignity, our Bluebirds steadfastly support you throughout your journey in care. Whatever your needs, we promise that your care team will be handpicked and fully trained to meet your requirements. 

We work closely with each customer, their nominated family members, doctors, district nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists; your Customer Service Manager will often act as the ‘North Star’ who coordinates between all parties. This coordination extends to working with local authorities and statutory bodies, third-sector organisations, and health care support services. It is common for our Care Assistants to continue to support and safeguard our customers in-hospital; our service does not finish at your front door.
