We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in December 2016.

We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in December 2016.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out on the 12th December 2016, and we were rated as “good” in all aspects of the service. Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;

I feel [my family member] is very safe with them. Bluebird employ very nice and good people. I feel that I could leave [my family member] here alone with them if I needed to go out."
They are friendly and treat me respectfully. I don't feel threatened in any way.”
I feel that they are well trained. I always feel comfortable with them."
Director of Bluebird Care Reigate, Kate Barry, commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.”
