My wife has an accident which caused her to have a bad brain bleed. After coming home from the hospital it was very difficult to stand up, she is 79 years old and I am 81 years so we were recommended by our social worker to Bluebird Care (Redbridge). They came within 24 hours and started it next day, 22nd July and we end in a few days, Sept 16. Every carer has been punctual and very nice.”
Bluebird Care Redbridge were employed by me to do a 2-hour slot every day for my mother who has Alzheimer's. Bluebird provided a first class team of 3 carers, all of whom are fully dementia trained and very good at their job. I am extremely pleased with the service, having employed four previous providers for the 2-hour slot each day and all were unable to provide fully dementia trained carers. One company, cut the time at every visit and didn't turn up one day.”
