Meet our manager Debbie Harrison

Debbie Harrison is the registered care manager of Bluebird Care Redbridge.  In this role Debbie manages a range of different situations on a daily basis, and always strives to achieve the best possible out come. An incredibly hard worker and always a cheerful person to be around - Debbie is a credit to our team and a truly outstanding care manager. Tracey McCormack, Director.

Debbie is a capable Care Manager who enjoys making a positive difference each day. As care manager Debbie has ultimate responsibility for the interests and well-being of our customers and staff, in addition to the efficient day-to-day running of the operations here at the Bluebird Care Redbridge. 

Debbie is a well rounded individual, with 16 years experience in the care industry.  During her time spent in the industry she has risen through the ranks, previously holding the positions of; care assistant, care supervisor, care co-ordinatior and deputy care manager. Her wealth of knowledge and experience means Debbie is well equipped to assist any team member with their job role as well as make efficient and effective decisions.

Debbie currently holds a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and is in the process of achieving her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. These qualifications assist and challenge Debbie so that she can perform her job role to the highest possible standards.
