Keeping Our Customers Safe In Their Own Home

At Bluebird Care we are passionate about helping and supporting others. When Kay Wilmott (Bluebird Care Redbridge's, Care support supervisor) attended the Homecare Provider forum earlier last month, she learnt new ways of how we can further support our customers and by doing so we are keeping the local community safe.

Last month our care support supervisor Kay Wilmott attended the Homecare Provider forum on behalf of Bluebird Care Redbridge. Through attending this forum Kay learnt of new ways we can further support our customers to remain safely in their own homes. One service we now offer as a result is fire safety checks. When our supervisor Kim attends customers homes on their six monthly reviews she checks our customers smoke alarms to check the alarm is working correctly. If any faults are found our supervisor Kim contacts the Fire Brigade and schedules suitable time for the fire service to visit our customers home and replace the smoke alarm free of charge.
At Bluebird Care our customers are so important to us, and there safety is paramount.
