Support and training

At Bluebird Care you will take part in inital mandatory trianing and  receive continued support and award winning training throughout your career to continually develop your skills and knowledge. We further fund and provide specalist training for staff whom inspire to specalise in a particullar area of care. 

What it takes to join Bluebird Care

To work with Bluebird Care it is essential that you are genuine and passionate about caring for others. We will help you develop excellant good communication skills and equip you with ongoing training to ensure you develop and excel as a care assistant.
Care experience is not vital, we love to talk to people who are looking for a career change and want to care for the right reasons. We will fund and provide you with full training to ensure you can provide an excellant care service .
Having access to transport and flexible availability is also advantageous.
