Huge Congratulations goes to Jade Rose who has been awarded Office Member of the Year for 2019 for Reading and Wokingham. This is Jade’s 3rdyear running now where she has been nominated and won this award. I think Santa needs to bring her a trophy cabinet!
Every year we like to recognise the hard work, dedication and passion all our team provide to our customers and each other. What makes these awards so special is that the nominations are made by our customers and team of carers of who they think should win each award, and this year Jade Rose wins Office Member of the Year 2019.
Jade has won this award for 3 years running because she is such a massive support to both carers and customers. Jade’s passion is undeniable and she will always put others before herself. Jade is a great team player and is always striving to learn new skills and develop her knowledge.
I am so proud to win Office Member of the year, 3 years running! There are however many people within the office that also deserve this recognition and are deserving of it. Working in care is such a rewarding job, and I would always want the best for all our customers and carers. It is such a great feeling helping others, every day. I am so thankful to work alongside an amazing team, officers, carers and customers!
