This was our very first Bluebird Care team-building day!

We invited all our office staff to spend the day with us at the New Forest Activities centre.

We invited all our office staff to spend the day with us at the New Forest Activities centre. We thought it was important for our employees and for their motivation to take a day away from the offices, enjoy some team-building exercises and have some fun after almost two years of covid restrictions.  People were getting anxious as we divided everyone into different teams with coloured t-shirts. Our goal for the day was for the different offices to get to know one another and see that they can benefit from each other’s skills. We also had some new team members join us; this was a good day to introduce them to the other branches. By the end of the day, we had lots of positive comments from staff members, the day could not have gone better! We hope in the future to offer this day out for our local teams.
