Before I joined bluebird care I was adamant that I would no longer work in care and that I was done working in care. I spoke to a member of bluebirds team who told me to give bluebird a try, so I did. I applied and got a interview, from the interview I knew you that bluebird was the company for me. I have now been with bluebird for 7 months and it is the best company I have worked for. Bluebird really value their staff and they make you feel appreciated. I’m so glad I made that leap to join care again and to join bluebird, it’s a decision I will never regret 💙

Well it's been almost a year working for Bluebird care. When I started I had lost my confidence, self-esteem and to be honest I was a bit of a wreck. I had an interview and was so nervous that I couldn't speak but after a couple of minutes I was put at ease. Thank you Natalie. When I went down to the main office to collect my uniform and rota the nerves kicked in. Everyone in the office was so welcoming, I felt that I was talking to my best friends. I was going to do some shadowing shifts and met some of the carers, wow! what a caring team. The support and advice from Bluebird carers is amazing.

Well! Within 10 months Bluebird care has given me my confidence and self-esteem back, I am no longer a quiet shaking wreck! I have gained confidence to speak out, Bluebird care has changed my life! I'm so proud to be in the Bluebird family and wear the Bluebird uniform.
