Before I joined bluebird care I was adamant that I would no longer work in care and that I was done working in care. I spoke to a member of bluebirds team who told me to give bluebird a try, so I did. I applied and got a interview, from the interview I knew you that bluebird was the company for me. I have now been with bluebird for 7 months and it is the best company I have worked for. Bluebird really value their staff and they make you feel appreciated. I’m so glad I made that leap to join care again and to join bluebird, it’s a decision I will never regret 💙

Well it's been almost a year working for Bluebird care. When I started I had lost my confidence, self-esteem and to be honest I was a bit of a wreck. I had an interview and was so nervous that I couldn't speak but after a couple of minutes I was put at ease. Thank you Natalie. When I went down to the main office to collect my uniform and rota the nerves kicked in. Everyone in the office was so welcoming, I felt that I was talking to my best friends. I was going to do some shadowing shifts and met some of the carers, wow! what a caring team. The support and advice from Bluebird carers is amazing.

Well! Within 10 months Bluebird care has given me my confidence and self-esteem back, I am no longer a quiet shaking wreck! I have gained confidence to speak out, Bluebird care has changed my life! I'm so proud to be in the Bluebird family and wear the Bluebird uniform.

I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.

We would like to thank your care ladies for the wonderful care and dedication with which they treated Mum please extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to Lesley , Michelle, Hayley, Claire and Hailey. 

Our Bluebird care workers were unfailingly attentive, compassionate and gentle. Mum really felt that she received a personal service. I truly do not know what I would have done without your caring support and assistance and wish you all the best for the future.

Peter has been my Care Assistant for only a few months, and yet I feel as if I have known him for years. I have Lewy Bodys type Dementia and it's something that is so hard to live with, let alone look after someone with it... and yet he does with great aplomb.

We both have a love of Fishing and have spent many hours together on the bank in all kinds of weather.

When we first met I had many questions for Peter, and one of them was: "What do you think is the most important thing you do in your job?" Peter's answer was simple but so true , he replied: "The clue is in the name, CARER." 

That answer was good enough for me then and still is now.
