We are delighted to welcome Yvette Dowding to the team following her successful probationary period.

Yvette completed a successful probationary period and achieved her Care Certificate, which means that she is now out and about working in the community on her own calls.

Prior to her probationary period, Yvette passed her induction training that included practical, theory, role play and more, and which is just one of a range of training sessions we regularly hold here at Bluebird Care Peterborough & Rutland to ensure that our skilled team are updated on the latest advancements in our field.

Yvette is now a fully-fledged care assistant and she will continue to move along her Bluebird Care Career Pathway!
