We had a great night at the Mercury Business Awards!

On Friday 19th May, we attended the Mercury Business Awards 2016 awards gala dinner at at Greetham Valley Hotel. 

On Friday 19^th May, we attended the Mercury Business Awards 2016 awards gala dinner at at Greetham Valley Hotel.

A fabulous time was had by all and it was a privilege to be in the company of some of the finest local businesses.  All the companies present, like our company, work and support the local community, employ locally and strive to be the best they can, working for their customers and only getting to be the best they can be with the support of a great team behind them.

As finalists within the Established Business Category of the Mercury Business Awards 2016, competition was fierce!  Sadly, we did not win the overall category this time but we were proud to be Highly Commended and a finalist. Congratulations to Wildcats Theatre Company who were overall winners on the night.

Overall we had a fantastic evening with some of our superb team, a lovely commendation and a moment to be able to enjoy and reflect on what we have achieved so far. We work hard on always looking at what we can improve on, and strive constantly to make the difference in both our own company, for our customers, our team members, our team and in our industry.  So, to be able to take a moment to enjoy how far we have come and to have that recognition was well deserved and much appreciated.

Well done to all of our team members at Bluebird Care Peterborough & Rutland!  Another well-deserved award to add to our collection!
