A big congratulations to our newly passed probation Care Assistants, Laura & Kym!  

Kym and Laura have now passed their probation, successfully completing and achieving their Care Certificate. They have now both taken their first step on their Bluebird Care Career Path and have been promoted to Care Assistant!
Both brand new to care when they joined Bluebird Care, are natural carers! During their probation and ongoing, they completely live and breathe true Bluebird Care values. Both Kym & Laura's customer service and team spirit is amazing, and our customers and team members love them alike!
Well done to both of you! We knew you would be fab and you most certainly are!
