We both celebrate a work anniversary and a career progression promotion for our newly promoted Community Care Manager, Michelle!
Michelle celebrates her 2nd anniversary with us. New to care, Michelle joined us, in her first role as care assistant. Michelle quickly established care was her vocation and made it her career. Since then, Michelle has been supported to successfully achieving her QCF 2, and went quickly on to achieve success as a senior carer, and further success in her promotion after her first year to the role of Community Team Lead.
Michelle is now studying to complete her QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, and continues in her career in care joining our team of community care managers, with her recent promotion. Michelle is responsible for welcoming and supporting new and existing customers to Bluebird Care, assuring care and support that meet their individual needs, preferences and wishes, and mentoring members of our care team to continually achieve the best in care delivery.
