In June and July our care team took part in a first aid at work training.

In July our care assistants took the Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work course with MJD Training.
 
It was a great day of learning about First Aid at Work with lots of practical work!

Team Week
 
Our area teams got together for our monthly team meeting where they share good news, best practice and focus on ensuring we are the best we can be.
 
This month’s focus was on communications, teamwork and training. Sharing best practice, talking about safeguarding, diversity & communication was just some of the focus with lots of fun and games too! Great work guys!
