
Bluebird Care Stamford, Rutland, Peterborough & Oundle has been awarded the Gold Compliance Award for the second year in a row, following the most recent internal quality compliance audit at the end of December 2025.
The audit, carried out by Lucy Jackson, Bluebird Care UK Quality Manager, resulted in an excellent 92% compliance score, an improvement on last year’s 90%, recognising the high standards consistently achieved across care plan creation, care notes, care activity, safe practice, and adherence to best practice procedures.
The Gold Compliance Award is presented to Bluebird Care franchises that demonstrate outstanding adherence to internal quality standards and best practice.

For our team, achieving gold recognition for the second time is a celebration of their dedication, expertise, and hard work.
