Having the Bluebird Team visit my granddad during the last few weeks of his life was truly a blessing. The supervisors and care team were so compassionate and caring, they were respectful of his wishes and also the needs of my grandmother and family. The Bluebird team made a very hard time easier.

As the team know I've been working for bluebird since 2013, (this is my 3rd time back working for them since I started) but this time I feel so much more settled and this is the longest time I'm worked for the company, and as a reward I've got a lovely certificate!!
This company has been so supportive of everything I go through and I can't thank them enough for the 3rd opportunity to work for them again!! Love you guys loads! I always find it hard with anxiety etc but there is always someone for me to talk to they are brilliant!

I couldn't wish for a better employer they were so understanding and a joy to work for. Seeing customers was amazing and you are fully trained before you go out and meet those customers. There isn't really a typical day at work as each day is different you go to your first customer and then you follow your rota. You can see the same customer 4 times in the same day and each visit is totally different from the last time you saw them as you can't expect everything to run like clockwork because it doesn't but that's what make working with bluebird so interesting because you don't want every day to be the same. With all the training but inside the office and out shadowing you learn everyday life skills as well as how to fully help customers such as simple things as bathing someone, cooking skills, medication and all sorts. It’s a very rewarding place to work and would recommend them to anyone who was interested in working in the care industry.
