Jon’s passion for establishing a premium domiciliary care company stems from his personal experience witnessing the profound impact quality homecare can have on a loved one’s life. With over 20 years of business experience and a deep commitment to excellence, Jon is dedicated to ensuring that his team delivers the highest standard of care to the local community. "After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother struggled to live safely on her own. However, with the support of Bluebird Care, not only was she able to remain in her home, but she truly thrived with the care, companionship, and assistance she received. Seeing the positive transformation in her later years inspired me to bring this level of care to others in my community." Outside of his professional commitments, Jon enjoys spending quality time with his family and their three dogs. A passionate sports enthusiast, he has a particular love for American football.

Luke Williams is the Director of Bluebird Care in Oldham, where he passionately advocates for delivering high-quality care to his local community. You’ll often find him attending classic car and motorcycle events or following Formula 1 races, blending his professional commitment to care with his personal passions. Beyond her professional expertise, Joanne is a family-oriented person who cherishes time spent with her children and grandchildren. She’s also a true animal lover with a soft spot for dogs. A self-confessed petrolhead, Joanne has a love for sports and performance vehicles, always appreciating the thrill of the open road. And when she’s not dreaming of her next drive, she’s dreaming of retirement in sunny Spain, where she hopes to swap care plans for coastal views. Joanne’s warmth, experience, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the Bluebird Care Oldham team.
