This Dementia Action Week #DAW202 we'd also like to take a moment to recognise all of the local dementia friendly teams who do such fantastic work.
The Alzheimer’s Society tell us that Nearly 1 million families affected by dementia are struggling to get support that they need and deserve from the UK’s broken social care system.
