We are delighted to welcome Freya Lincoln to the team in a new full time role as our Recruitment and Marketing Manager (May 2020)
As Recruitment and Marketing Manager Freya oversees the full recruitment and on boarding process for all our new Care Assistants, Live-in Care Assistants and Operational Support/Admin team members here in Norwich & North Norfolk.
In addition, Freya brings a wealth of experience to Bluebird Care from her professional background in marketing within the social care and technology sectors. Freya utilises her expertise in marketing to support the business to develop and expand our range of current and future services in line with the needs and requirements of our customers throughout the Norwich, Broadland & North Norfolk areas.
I’m happiest when I’m able to combine my creativity with my passion for helping people. I feel value when I’m enabling our care team to grow in their careers and supporting our customers to receive the personalised quality care they deserve.
Outside of work Freya loves to enjoy nature and on sunny days can be found exploring the countryside on her bike.
