Day of adventure with our customer at The Alnwick Garden

Our supervisor Allison and Sue went on a day trip to Alnwick Gardens with one of our customers and his friend.

Our care manager Sue recently drove down to Nottingham to pick up a customers friend to come to Northumberland for a holiday.

Sue and our supervisor Allison went on a day trip to Alnwick Gardens with the customer and his friend.

They looked at the cherry tree orchard and strolled through the rose gardens. After looking at the features in Alnwick gardens they then went and had afternoon tea at the Tree House Cafe. The tree house cafe is a favourite place to some famous people including Princes William and Harry and also hosted the cast of Downton Abbey.

They then took a leisurely drive back via the scenic coastal route of Northumberland.

Mr Robson was truly amazed by the scenery and thanked us for his day out and without us he would not have been able to do this. He is now planning his next adventure with Bluebird Care Northumberland South.
