This is my first experience of a private care agency so it is hard to compare with any others. But the overall impression seems good. My carers do not clock watch. They generally show willing and do all that I ask of them.

Review of Bluebird Care (Northumberland South)
I have had Bluebird Care for 3 months. This care company is the best and Sue, the care manager is a very lovely person and always makes sure I am alright as I have no family or friends in the North. She knows I am a worrier and helps me. The carers are the best I have had. I do not have to tell them what to do, they just get on with it. My sister was worried about me up here before I got Bluebird care but she knows am very happy with my carers and she can call sue anytime and know I am being looked after.

My care workers are great, they help me in my daily tasks. Very caring and very professional. Bluebird (Northumberland South) is the best care provider I have had to date. Nothing is too much for them, staff and the management in my opinion are the best around by far. Thank you for my continuing care to help me stay in my own home.

Review of Bluebird Care (Northumberland South)
Laura works for Bluebird. She has a lovely personality, and is very passionate about the position she has and treats my Dad with great respect. She loves loves what she does, she doesn't just know what to say but knows how she says it which makes a huge difference to my Dad. She has thrown her whole self into Dementia and Alzheimer's. She is learning so much and putting it into practice, and keeping me regularly informed and involved. I haven't met any one so excited and prepared to do anything to try and understand the workings of the cruel disease, hats off to Laura you truly are a STAR.

Review of Bluebird Care (Northumberland South)
After 9 months of appalling care with a previous care company, Bluebird Care came into our lives, "what a godsend". They were and still are very accommodating. From the initial contact and visit everything was discussed i.e. my dads needs. My support and in return who Bluebird Care are, what they do, in fact Bluebird Care covers everything from A-Z. I was amazingly impressed and still am today. They offer a truly inspiring wealth of care and more. Whatever you want, whenever you want, you definitely receive. All with love, passion, feeling, true old fashioned homely comforting care. My dad and my family are treated as if we were their family. Most professional in all that they do. They are my back bone in supporting my dad with his torturous illness. Well done Bluebird Care.
