Bluebird Care Northampton & Daventry have been awarded a Silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through excellent and effective people management.

Bluebird Care Northampton & Daventry, which was set up in October 2011 were initially accredited in July 2013 and have recently been reaccredited with their Silver Award.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
