Bluebird Care Northampton are finalists at Franchise of the Year 2016 Awards

At the annual Bluebird Care gala dinner, Bluebird Care Northampton were finalists in the Franchise of the Year 2016 Award for the Midlands West region. 

At the annual Bluebird Care gala dinner, Bluebird Care Northampton were finalists in the Franchise of the Year 2016 Award for the Midlands West region. 

From over 30 Bluebird Care offices across the region, Bluebird Care Northampton were nominated along with two others. The franchise owners Amir & Rozina Sayani attended the ceremony on behalf of the Northampton team at October’s Annual Conference.

The nomination was received as a recognition of the team’s dedication towards its customers, as well as the consistent high level of service demonstrated by staff. The franchise placed as a runner up for the regional award, after having been submitted to a strict selection process. A scoring system was used to identify the franchises that excelled in their business and went above and beyond in 4 key areas; business development, quality audits, finance and marketing. From staff retention to regulatory compliance, website management to adherence to payment schedules, the franchises who were shortlisted for the awards were able to demonstrate exemplary practice across the board. 

After the awards, Bluebird Care Northampton's franchise owners Amir & Rozina said:
