To show our appreciation for our dedicated staff, we organise company paid holidays for them when they reach their major milestones in our company, such as their 1st year with us.

Here at Bluebird Care Northampton and Daventry, we value our staff and to make sure they know this, we have a loyalty reward scheme. To show our appreciation for our dedicated staff, we organise company paid holidays for them when they reach their major milestones in our company, such as their 1st year with us.

Our most recent member of staff to be rewarded with their company paid holiday is Gerharda (Dee) Magdalena. Having celebrated her year anniversary with us in January, Dee awarded a two night break away for two adults and three children at the Savoy Hotel in Blackpool.
