Stars of Social Care Awards Finalists

Community

We are incredibly proud to announce that our team has been shortlisted for three prestigious categories in the Stars of Social Care Awards 2026.

Being recognised at a national level is a huge achievement and reflects the passion, dedication, and compassion shown by our team every single day. These nominations celebrate not only individual excellence, but also our ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding care, support, and opportunities for those we serve.

Gemma Shortlisted for ‘The Learning & Development Award’

Our Deputy Manager, Gemma, has been shortlisted for The Learning & Development Award in recognition of her exceptional contribution to staff training and professional development across the organisation.

Gemma’s attention to detail, drive for continuous improvement, and passion for innovation have helped shape a positive learning culture within our team. She consistently looks for new and effective ways to enhance training, ensuring staff feel confident, supported, and empowered in their roles.

Her dedication to developing others has had a significant impact on both our team and the quality of care we provide, and we are delighted to see her hard work recognised on such a prestigious platform.

Kelly Shortlisted for ‘The Dementia Specialist Award’

We are equally thrilled that our Registered Manager, Kelly, has been shortlisted for The Dementia Specialist Award.

Kelly’s unwavering dedication to dementia support has made a meaningful difference to many individuals and families within our community. Alongside her leadership within our service, she has played a key role in creating inclusive and supportive spaces for those living with dementia.

One of Kelly’s most valued initiatives is the Memory Lane Dementia Café, which continues to provide connection, support, and understanding for people affected by dementia. Her compassionate approach and commitment to raising awareness make her truly deserving of this recognition.

Northampton Team Shortlisted for ‘The Reducing Social Isolation Award’

We are also delighted that our Northampton Team has been shortlisted for The Reducing Social Isolation Award.

This nomination recognises the incredible community and charity work carried out by the team to bring people together, create meaningful connections, and support those who may otherwise feel isolated.

From our heartfelt Christmas campaign, Cards For Kindness, to memorable fundraising events such as our canal boat trip in support of the Alzheimer's Society, the team has continuously gone above and beyond to make a positive difference within the local community.

Their ongoing support through the Memory Lane Dementia Café has also helped provide companionship, understanding, and a welcoming environment for individuals living with dementia and their loved ones.

Proud of Our Team

To be shortlisted across three award categories is an incredible honour and a reflection of the values we strive to uphold every day. We are immensely proud of Gemma, Kelly, and the Northampton Team for their achievements and for the positive impact they continue to make within social care.

We would also like to thank our wider team, families, and community for their ongoing support. Recognition like this would not be possible without the dedication, kindness, and teamwork shown throughout our organisation.

Congratulations to all finalists in the Stars of Social Care Awards 2026 — we look forward to celebrating alongside so many inspiring individuals and organisations within the sector.
