Say hello to Laura, our supervisor for Northallerton, Thirsk, Easingwold and Stokesley and Luke, our supervisor for Catterick, Richmond and Bedale.

When yourself or your loved one receives home care from Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk or Catterick you have a dedicated field care supervisor who will liase with you every step of the way. As we cover the whole of Hambleton and Richmondshire, we have a dedicated supervisor for each area that we cover.

Luke and Laura, spend a lot of time out in the community whether that be face to face appointments with customers and care assistants, whilst being mindful of Covid-19. On top of their many roles, Luke and Laura are customer facing and will be there to ensure you receive the highest quality care at home. 

Meet Luke -  Field Care Supervisor for Catterick, Richmond and Bedale 

Luke is our Field Care Supervisor for the BedaleCatterick and Richmond areas. Luke joined the Bluebird Care team over 2 years ago as our supervisor, and in his time with us he has also been acting care co-ordinator whilst covering maternity leave. Luke has a wealth of knowledge in regards to our customers and our team of care assistants. By conducting regular assessments and reviews, Luke makes sure that our customers and their families receive the best level of care and support possible. Luke has completed his Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care on a fast-track scheme.

Meet Laura -  Field Care Supervisor for Northallerton, Thirsk, Easingwold and Stokesley 

Laura has worked in the care sector for over 12 years and has experienced a variety of complex care roles with adults and children, including working as an auxiliary nurse and with end-of-life patients. Laura first joined our wonderful team of Bluebird Care care assistants in March 2021.After her training with Jules,  Laura spoke with Sophie, our marketing and recruitment assistant, to give her top tips for starting a career in care

In July 2021, Laura quickly progressed to Field Care Supervisor for the Thirsk, Northallerton, Easingwold and Stokesley areas. Laura will be there as a first point of call for customers, their families and our care assistants.
