Who Spotted Our Bluebird Care Recruitment Stand?

Sophie and Tracey had an exciting day out promoting our brilliant care assistant vacancies!

On Friday 30^th July, our marketing and recruitment assistant Sophie and care assistant Tracey, were busy hosting our very first recruitment stand outside the Catterick Garrison Tesco superstore.

The recruitment stand was a success!

How was the Bluebird Care recruitment stand a success?

1. We made those in the local area aware that we have a number of current vacancies available
2. We managed to interact with the local community and gave out free Bluebird Care balloons and lollipops to the local children
3. We spread brand awareness about who we are, the numerous services that we offer as well as the Bluebird Care core values

It was a great event, and we had some fantastic conversations with prospective candidates and customers.

Why was the first Bluebird Care recruitment stand in Catterick?

We at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick are very fortunate to cover a wide area across North Yorkshire, including the Catterick and Richmond area. We are growing each day to help the local community in Catterick to stay safe and protected at home and to do that we need to keep growing our wonderful team of care assistants.
