All of our care assistants receive a certificate and pin on their work anniversaries.
Here at Bluebird Care we are celebrating two of our teams work anniversaries this June.
A huge congratulations to care assistant Claudia Weber and care co-ordinator Lauren Smith on four successful years at Bluebird Care Northallerton, Thirsk and Catterick. Your hard work and dedication to your roles, our customers and embodying our values is much appreciated!
This is what Lauren had to say on the run up to her anniversary:

We haven’t been able to celebrate work anniversaries like we wish we could due to the Covid-19 pandemic and ensuring that we follow the government guidelines. However, we have celebrated work anniversaries in our staff and customer newsletters over the last year.
