NVQ Level 3 Success

We are pleased to announce that Luke Elgie, has passed his NVQ Level 3 – Diploma in Health and Social Care this month!

We are pleased to announce that Luke Elgie has passed his NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care this month!

Luke is our field care supervisor for all the areas that we cover including Bedale, Catterick,  Easingwold, Northallerton, Richmond, Stokesley and Thirsk.

Luke’s course took place over 12 months on a fast-track scheme, with all course work undertaken in his own time. We provided monthly meetings in our training room to support his progress.

On 6th May, Luke undertook his final presentation in our training room in front of an independent assessor.

Luke had this to say about achieving his Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care:

“I am pleased to say that the hard work and dedication to continue my studies has led me to achieve my Level 3 in Health and Social Care. I will be able to use these new skills each day in my role to support our Bluebird Care Assistants."
