​We are delighted to announce that the report resulting from our second Inspection from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has been published on the CQC website.

We are delighted to announce that the report resulting from our second Inspection from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) has been published on the CQC website.

The report, resulting from a scheduled inspection of our service on 19th July 2017, shows that we again achieved a rating of good in all five areas (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and  Well-led).

 Due to the growth of our business, our second inspection was considerably more detailed than the first, with two adult social care inspectors spending almost nine hours with our directors, management team, carers, and of course our customers.

This was in addition to telephone surveys conducted by two “experts by experience”. Inspectors met six of our staff, six of our customers, and reviewed six of our customer files in detail.

We would like to thank both our customers and our staff for the fantastic feedback they gave during the course of the Inspection.

Comments from our customers included the following:-

"The support I have received is really good. I could not wish for better and all the support workers have been lovely."

"The girls are lovely, the thing I like best  is when they’ve done, if they have a spare minute they sit down and have a chat. When you live alone, that’s so nice."

"I had another agency and I can say this one is 200% better."

Whilst we were delighted with our report, we look forward to continuing to improve our service even more as we move forward towards 2018.

As we told our inspectors, whilst we love continuing to grow our business, the most important thing to us is providing the highest possible quality care for our customers.
