Virtual Dementia Tour Returns

On Wednesday the 15th of August the "Virtual Dementia Tour" bus returned to Bluebird Care North Tyneside. Twenty five care assistants took part in the training from 4 Bluebird Care offices across the region, the feedback was fantastic from the care assistants. Elaine Carty from North Tyneside office said "This training will help me understand how my customers are feeling and how best to help them"
