I would like to say on behalf of my parents and the whole family how good your staff have been. My dad was discharged from hospital and it was arranged you would provide some support as my mum is also elderly with her own health issues. Every single staff member was so kind to both my parents and dad felt well looked after, they are disappointed you will no longer be coming as the smiles and cheerfulness perked them up no end.
