What Is Respite Care?

Respite care is a short-term, flexible support service where one of our dedicated Care Assistants steps in temporarily—whether for a few hours, days, or weeks—to look after your loved one in the comfort of their own home. You retain control over when and how often this support occurs, without making long-term commitments.

How Does Respite Care Work?

Once you get in touch, we arrange a home assessment to learn about your loved one’s needs and routine. You then tell us when respite is required—such as during errands, appointments, or holidays—and our reliable Care Assistants will cover that period . For example, if you’re planning a break or need a weekend off, we can provide short-term, live-in, or regular scheduled visits tailored to your preferences.
