For an astonishing 5 years, Derek has been a beacon of care and compassion at Bluebird Care. His dedication and expertise are truly commendable. Derek isn't a usual care expert, he is actually older than most of his customers! So, to surprise Derek and celebrate his 80th birthday we invited him into head office for 'Derek Day', a fully themed day of Derek, with Derek cake, decorations and of course, Derek masks!
Derek, aka "Del Boy," is a beloved member of our team, always bringing a smile to everyone's face. His passion for music is infectious, and he loves sharing his talents with our customers.
