Meet our team of care professionals

Victoria Webber
Director

Victoria has a BA Honours degree in Business Management and a Background in Customer service. She has a Passion for high quality service and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management of Health and Social Care. Due to her passion and drive to deliver High Quality care and innovation, Victoria was named a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the year award at the 2017 national BFA Awards and continues to work towards building a exceptional company delivery exceptional service.

Harriet Webber
Director

Harriet has a wealth of experience in the Care industry, working her way up from a care assistant position through all the stages to a director. This gives her a good knowledge of what each aspect of the business needs to be successful.

Her kindness and passion for delivering the best care possible to customers are shown throughout all of her work.

Paulina Jezierska
Head of Marketing

Paulina joined our team in December 2020 with a range of experience in the care industry, and with her creative mind, she makes a great addition to our team. Paulina has comprehensive ragne qualifications, including a  BA Hons in journalism and PR, an MSc degree in Marketing, and numerous other courses. She has excellent knowledge and experience, and her hard work, detailed eye and determination shine at work.  In July 2022, she was promoted to Business Development Manager and appointed Head of Marketing in July 2023.

Stephen Watters
Head of People and Culture

After serving at sea and then in the army Steve decided to further his education so studied at Humberside College for a B.A. in Applied Social Studies. Since then he has had around forty years in various positions in industry and commerce. In 2001 he went to Carnegie College and added an M.A. in Business and Management Development. Now in the later stages of his career, although still ready for any business or commercial challenge, Steve is happy to take less strain and support his manager and the operation.

Steve plays drums, bass and guitar in his spare time.

Michael Bryce
Wellbeing and Engagement Officer

Michael joined Bluebird Care in October 2020 as a Care Coordinator for the South Lincolnshire area. He has dedicated all of his working life to the caring industry with the most recent job being with the Palliative Care team at St Barnabas. Michael believes that everyone who receives care should receive it with respect, dignity & the support to make their own choices. Michael has a counselling degree and is very passionate about helping other. In September 2021 he has became the wellbeing and Engagement Officer.

Robyn Atkin-Daley
Head of Finance

Robyn joined the team in November 2016. Robyn has a BA Honours in Finance and Accounting as well as recently qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). Robyn is enjoying her journey here at Bluebird Care and learning about the Care Industry and supporting our Customers.
